Moon Sweepers Building Placement and the 75% Refund
A Moon Sweepers building that lands in the wrong place has to be demolished. Players get about 75% of the cost back, and a deleted garage takes the vehicles inside with it. There is no rotate tool and no official footprint chart.
Symptom, cause, and what people did
Ukeshie also notes that saves do not work as a free undo for a bad placement. Place slowly. The refund is the only undo, and it is partial.
| Symptom | Why players think it happens | What to do | Comes back? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pressure chamber will not place | It is bigger than one foundation | Place it on open ground | Yes, on foundations |
| Building spans two pads and fails | Footprint must sit on one tile | One building per foundation | Yes |
| Cannot rotate or slide it | No move tool; panels track light alone | Demolish and pay the 25% | Always |
| Refund feels short | Players measure 75% back | Plan the pad before you buy | Always |
| Garage delete eats the rover | Contents are deleted with the building | Park outside, empty canisters | Always |
Before you demolish a garage
Drive every vehicle onto open ground. Empty canisters. Then delete the garage. Players who skipped that step lost the vehicle, the vehicle upgrades, and the cargo, and still only saw a partial refund. 乐乐’s review describes the same loss in Chinese.
Solar panels are the one building players say will aim themselves. Do not expect that from a processor or a pressure chamber. There is no measurement grid, which the refund thread calls out directly.
Questions
Can I move a building in Moon Sweepers?
No. Players say there is no move or rotate. Demolish it and rebuild. Expect about 75% of the cost back.
Why won’t the pressure chamber snap to a foundation?
Players say it is larger than one foundation, and the game rejects anything that is not fully on a single tile. They place it on bare ground.
Is the 75% refund official?
It is consistent across reviews and threads. DragDrop Games has not written it into a patch note.
