Moon Sweepers FAQ from the Discussion Board

These Moon Sweepers answers come from the Steam store page and from discussion threads opened in the first two days after release. They are not copied from a search-engine question box. Where the developer has not answered, the answer says so.

Still unanswered

Joining a lobby is not documented. A player asked whether there is a browser or only Steam invites. No developer reply was on that thread. Do not follow a guide that draws a menu nobody has shown.

Questions

How many people can play Moon Sweepers?

Up to 16 in an online co-op lobby, according to the store page. Solo is listed too.

Can I play alone?

Yes. Players describe solo as slower. One short review disliked the solo pace. Both reports are from launch week.

Do co-op upgrades sync?

Money is shared. Tools, vehicles, items, and upgrades are not, including economy upgrades. That is the most-marked review complaint.

Is there cross-play?

No. The game is Windows on Steam only, so a console friend cannot join.

Is there a demo?

No demo was on the store page. Players who arrived looking for one found the full game only.

Does it support a controller?

The store page lists full controller support, Steam Input, and DualShock / DualSense.

What if a conveyor stops?

Empty the base’s manual intake, let the host place the merger, and remember a splitter alternates by itself. See the conveyor page.

Can I move a building?

No. Demolishing returns about 75% of the cost. There is no rotate tool.

Does deleting a garage delete the rover?

Yes, in player reports, along with vehicle upgrades and cargo. Park outside and empty canisters first.

How do I sell without standing there?

Run a conveyor into the main hub. The vending machine also has a side port for a belt. Stone and sand may not auto-sell.

The camera makes me dizzy. What now?

Players turn motion blur off, set the view angle to 100, and switch to a larger brush. No FOV slider is confirmed.

It says to launch from Steam, but I did. Now what?

That dialog is a known launch-week report in English and Chinese. No public fix was posted by October 24, 2026.

Is there a patch?

The Steam news API returned zero posts on October 24. One player mentioned a silent build with no notes.

How much does it cost?

US list is $8.99. The launch price is $7.64, 15% off, through October 30, 2026.
